柬埔寨是世界上對華友好的國家之一
這幾年跟我國的合作也越來越緊密
看到中柬如此“鐵”的關(guān)系,讓得到國際反華勢力支持的柬國內(nèi)反對派勢力十分不滿
大肆宣傳柬埔寨已經(jīng)拋棄中國親美,企圖想將中柬正常交往抹黑
進(jìn)而達(dá)到遏制中國的目的
10月13日,柬埔寨首相表示
除了中國,沒有任何國家會給本國提供如此大的幫助

柬埔寨是東盟成員國之一
在東盟框架內(nèi)對中國提供了很多的幫助
比如前段時(shí)間,越南、菲律賓甚至新加坡在東盟框架內(nèi)
提出很多反華議案、特別是關(guān)于南海的提案
最后都被柬埔寨一票否決
雖然柬埔寨是個(gè)貧窮的小國
但中國和他之間是平等、互助、友好的關(guān)系

在這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)上,中國跟柬埔寨簽署自貿(mào)協(xié)議
就是做出這樣一個(gè)宣示
即便中國經(jīng)濟(jì)以后走最低內(nèi)循環(huán)
只要柬埔寨愿意跟中國一起走共同富裕的道路
中國可以對他保底
這在東盟內(nèi)有示范效應(yīng),有點(diǎn)類似于朝鮮
而在此之前,我們恰恰著重提到兩個(gè)國家,一個(gè)是朝鮮,一個(gè)就是柬埔寨
我們說中國有可能這樣去幫助柬埔寨
但對于其它國家,即便是巴基斯坦我們可沒這樣說過

在今年2月初
國內(nèi)疫情最嚴(yán)重時(shí)刻
柬埔寨首相洪森就表示要訪問中國,而且是訪問武漢
而當(dāng)時(shí)武漢剛剛封城不久
中國政府出于疫情安全考慮就安排他去了北京
對于這個(gè)友情,我們中國當(dāng)然要記住,滴水之恩要涌泉相報(bào)
所以,中國愿意在這個(gè)層面上為柬埔寨提供最大的幫助
而柬埔寨也從中國對他的幫助中得到一個(gè)感慨
那就是：除了中國,還有哪國愿意幫助我們

對于柬埔寨的幫助
一是我們有這個(gè)心愿,二是中國有這個(gè)能力
只有心愿而沒有能力也不行
所以就有了中柬之間就簽署了自貿(mào)協(xié)議
對柬埔寨而言,有了這個(gè)自貿(mào)協(xié)議
他的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口到中國基本上就是零成本
中國也肯定會逐漸加大對其的各種投資
而柬埔寨也會成為中國一帶一路的一個(gè)標(biāo)板
另外;這個(gè)自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議
意味著在中國的最低限度的循環(huán)在還沒有正式開始的時(shí)候
就已經(jīng)外掛了兩節(jié)車廂,一個(gè)是朝鮮;一個(gè)是柬埔寨

除了柬埔寨之外
中國跟同樣是東盟成員之一的老撾也在加速發(fā)展關(guān)系
中老鐵路是泛亞鐵路中南半島大動脈的樞紐段有75座隧道
其中最后一個(gè)重點(diǎn)控制工程——相嫩三號隧道近日順利貫通
而且都是靠中國的資金、技術(shù)、人才完成的
這條鐵路一直通往馬來西亞、甚至新加坡
中國一邊跟美國做斗爭,一邊在實(shí)實(shí)在在的推一帶一路
由于柬埔寨、老撾在中國軍事能力覆蓋的范圍之內(nèi)
有些項(xiàng)目中國就敢實(shí)推

就是因?yàn)榧砥艺袊年P(guān)系發(fā)展的很好
所以西方要不遺余力的去破壞
日后柬埔寨出現(xiàn)一些不利于中國的新聞也就不足為奇了
畢竟西方在那里也有自己的影響力
但是大體上不會有太大的變化
這就應(yīng)了毛澤東主席的那句話
敵人搗亂、失敗!再搗亂、再失敗,直到滅亡
不管他怎么搗亂,結(jié)果就在那里
柬埔寨首相說的除了中國,還有哪國愿意幫助我們的這個(gè)結(jié)論
會被很多國家驗(yàn)證
