9月1日，現(xiàn)任馬來(lái)西亞國(guó)防部部長(zhǎng)依斯邁沙比里宣布，馬來(lái)西亞永久公民權(quán)（PR）持有者、第二家園計(jì)劃（MM2H）簽證持有者、專(zhuān)業(yè)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)準(zhǔn)證（PLIK）持有者、擁有永久居留權(quán)、馬公民的親屬簽證與學(xué)生簽證等六類(lèi)長(zhǎng)期簽證的印度、印度尼西亞及菲律賓公民，9月7日開(kāi)始不準(zhǔn)入境。

9月3日依斯邁沙比里又宣布，新冠累計(jì)確診病例超過(guò)15萬(wàn)的9個(gè)國(guó)家的公民，下周一（7日）起禁止入境馬來(lái)西亞。這些國(guó)家包括美國(guó)、巴西、法國(guó)、英國(guó)、西班牙、意大利、沙特阿拉伯，俄羅斯和孟加拉國(guó)。

9月7日，馬來(lái)西亞移民局發(fā)布通告：即日起，馬來(lái)西亞政府禁止來(lái)自23個(gè)新冠肺炎累計(jì)確診病例超過(guò)15萬(wàn)例國(guó)家人士及持有馬長(zhǎng)期簽證者入境我國(guó)。這些國(guó)家分別是美國(guó)、巴西、印度、俄羅斯、秘魯、哥倫比亞、南非、墨西哥、西班牙、阿根廷、智利、伊朗、英國(guó)、孟加拉、沙特阿拉伯、巴基斯坦、法國(guó)、土耳其、意大利、德國(guó)、伊拉克、菲律賓及印度尼西亞。部分被禁止入境的持有馬來(lái)西亞長(zhǎng)期簽證者包括：馬來(lái)西亞第二家園計(jì)劃參與者、持有專(zhuān)才人員簽證及居留證的外國(guó)派駐人員、擁有居留證的本地人的配偶及孩子，和有關(guān)國(guó)家的留學(xué)生。

On September 7, the Malaysian Immigration Bureau issued a notice: From now on, the Malaysian government prohibits people from 23 countries with a cumulative number of confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and more than 150,000 cases and holders of long-term Malaysian visas from entering my country. These countries are the United States, Brazil, India, Russia, Peru, Colombia, South Africa, Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Iran, Britain, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, France, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Iraq, the Philippines and Indonesia . TOURIST VISA APPLICATION BY CHINA CITIZENS AND OTHER FOREIGNERS

(KNOWN AS MANUAL VISA OR STICKER VISA)

Ordinary Passport Holders of the People’s Republic of China is entitled to apply for Malaysia’s Single Entry Visa (SEV) & Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) physical Sticker VISA for tourism purpose. Malaysian SEV & MEV VISA holders will be permitted to enter and remain in Malaysia for not more than thirty (30) days from the date of entry.

Below are the documents which need to be submitted to ensure the application eligible to be accepted for issuance of Malaysian Visa:-

Present a signed, dated VISA Application Form,
Provide two (02) recent photographs (two (02)inches, passport size with white background);

Provide passport or travel document:

which must be valid more than six (06) months;
which have at least two (02) pages free in the visa pages for the insertion of a vignette and Immigration Endorsements;

Tourism Application:

Confirmed purchased flight ticket to Malaysia & return flight ticket;

Confirmed Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof;

Travel Itinerary in Malaysia with a letter which explains the purpose of the journey to Malaysia;

Foreign passport holders in China must hold Long Term China Visa (Student/Employment/Dependent) which valid more than three (03) months before application.)

Foreign Passport holders also should submit employment/ student confirmation letter from employer/ university in China.

Valid yellow fever injection medical certificate (Required for some Africa and South America passport holders. Visa eligibility is 14 days and enter via air checkpoints only).

5. Payment of processing fee is CNY200.00 for all passport holders. Payment of Visa fee is CNY80.00 for China, CNY130.00 for India and CNY50.00 for other passport holders.

6. Produce an Authorization letter if the application submission will be done on behalf. The authorized person should travel together with the applicant. Maximum submission is up to five (05) applications per authorized person.

The processing time is three (03) working days. We strictly do not provide express service. The Visa approval/ rejection is the sole discretion of the Malaysian Immigration Attaché officer at the Embassy of Malaysia.

中華人民共和國(guó)的普通護(hù)照持有人有權(quán)為旅游目的申請(qǐng)馬來(lái)西亞的單次入境簽證（SEV）和多次入境簽證（MEV）實(shí)物貼紙簽證。自入境之日起，馬來(lái)西亞SEV和MEV VISA持有人將被允許進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞并停留不超過(guò)三十（30）天。

以下是需要提交的文件，以確保該申請(qǐng)有資格被接受以發(fā)出馬來(lái)西亞簽證：-

出示簽名并注明日期的VISA申請(qǐng)表，
提供兩（02）張最近的照片（兩（02）英寸，護(hù)照尺寸，白色背景）；

提供護(hù)照或旅行證件：

有效期必須超過(guò)六（06）個(gè)月；
在簽證頁(yè)面上至少有兩（02）個(gè)頁(yè)面可自由插入小插圖和移民背書(shū)；

旅游申請(qǐng)：

確認(rèn)已購(gòu)買(mǎi)到馬來(lái)西亞的機(jī)票并返程機(jī)票；

確認(rèn)的酒店預(yù)訂/住宿證明；

在馬來(lái)西亞旅行的行程，并附一封信，說(shuō)明前往馬來(lái)西亞的目的；

在中國(guó)的外國(guó)護(hù)照持有人必須持有有效期超過(guò)三（03）個(gè)月的長(zhǎng)期中國(guó)簽證（學(xué)生/就業(yè)/受撫養(yǎng)人）。）

外國(guó)護(hù)照持有人還應(yīng)提交中國(guó)雇主/大學(xué)提供的就業(yè)/學(xué)生確認(rèn)信。

有效的黃熱病注射體檢證明（某些非洲和南美護(hù)照持有人需要。簽證有效期為14天，且只能通過(guò)航空檢查站進(jìn)入）。

5.所有護(hù)照持有人的處理費(fèi)為人民幣200.00元。簽證費(fèi)在中國(guó)為人民幣80元，印度為人民幣130.00元，其他護(hù)照持有人為人民幣50.00元。

6.如果代表申請(qǐng)?zhí)峤?，?qǐng)出示授權(quán)書(shū)。授權(quán)人員應(yīng)與申請(qǐng)人一起旅行。每個(gè)授權(quán)人員最多可提交五（05）份申請(qǐng)。
