珍珠的主體成分是碳酸鈣,具有較強的屏蔽和吸收紫外線功能,同時又是低溫遠紅外線發(fā)射體。珍珠纖維中加入的粉體粒徑在300nm以下,與紫外線波長接近,因而防紫外線效果成尤為顯著。經(jīng)檢測,克重為210g /m2的珍珠纖維、天絲、莫代爾(30/30/40)混紡針織汗布UVA、UVB的透過率僅為0.1%,紫外線防護系數(shù)UPF〉50;而棉/珍珠纖維混紡的120s/2、克重為120g/m2的薄型襯衫面料的紫外線防護系數(shù)達UPF〉32,是同類織物的一倍以上。
The main component of the pearl is calcium carbonate, with a strong shield and UV absorption and also a low-temperature far-infrared emission. The particle size of the powder added in the pearl fiber is below 300nm, close to ultraviolet wavelengths, therefore its anti-UV effect is much more obvious. According to the tested, the transmittance rate of UVA and UVB in pearl fiber, Tencel, Modal (30/30/40) blended knitting cloth with the gram weight of 210g / m2 is only 0.1%, and the ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) is over 50; however, the UPF of the thin shirt material of the cotton/pearl fiber blend of 120s / 2 and the gram is over 32, one time more than that of the same category of fiber.
