1 藥材提�。�
1 Extraction of medicinal materials
（1）原輔料按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格后，備用；

（2）將（2）中的兩次提取藥液合并，濃縮至約每1g藥液相當(dāng)原生藥1.2g時，加入85%乙醇，使含醇量為65%，靜置24小時以上，取上清液，回收乙醇后，濃縮至約60～72g（送檢，乙醇含量應(yīng)2～2.5%）
(2) The extracted drug solutions obtained from (2) are combined, concentrated to a solution of 1.2g raw drug of about 1 g of drug liquid, added with 85% ethanol, allowing the alcohol level at 65 %, placed for 24 h or more, the supernatant was taken out. The ethanol was recovered and concentrated to about 60 ~ 72g (send to testing, the ethanol content should be 2~2.5%).
2 藥液的預(yù)處理：
2 Pretreatment of drug liquid:
一次離心：將收得的中藥濃縮液先放入冷庫（0-5℃）冷卻并靜置24小時以上，進(jìn)行第一次超速離心（16000轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘），棄去固形物部份，收集離心液體，計量為M1（千克）。
The first centrifugation: the TCM concentrated solution collected are put in the refrigeratory (0-5 ℃) to cool down and placed still for more than 24h. Then the first ultracentrifugation (16,000 r / min) was carried out to remove part of the solid substances, those centrifugal liquid was collected to measure at M1 (kg).
二次離心：將一次離心后收集的藥液M1，繼續(xù)放入冷庫（0-5℃）冷卻并靜置24小時以上，進(jìn)行第二次超速離心（16000轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘），棄去固形物部份，收集離心液體，計量為M2千克， 密封后，放置于恒溫恒濕庫房，0-5℃保存?zhèn)溆谩?gxgkickz.com
