Construction Project Design Contract
發(fā)包人委托承包人承擔(dān)***工程方案及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)，工程地點(diǎn)為***，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致，簽訂本合同，共同執(zhí)行。
The Contract Awarder entrusts the Contractor to provide relocation scheme and construction drawing design for *** that is located to ***. With amicable negotiations, both parties have agreed to enter into the Contract and pledged to fulfill the clauses as follows:

2.1發(fā)包人給承包人的委托書或設(shè)計(jì)中標(biāo)文件。

2.2發(fā)包人提交的基礎(chǔ)資料。
2.2 Foundation materials submitted by the Contract Awarder.
2.3承包人采用的主要技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是：

a、中華人民共和國現(xiàn)行的與該項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)法規(guī)、規(guī)定、條例、規(guī)范；
a. Existing laws, regulations, codes and specifications of the People’s Republic of China concerning the project.
b、中華人民共和國建設(shè)部2003年4月頒發(fā)的《建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)文件編制深度規(guī)定》。
b. The “Regulations on Compiling Depth of Construction Project Design Documents” issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China in April 2003.
