1、機(jī)床的主要功能

1.1本機(jī)床具有一個(gè)工位。
1.2本機(jī)床采用PLC程序式控制。
1.3本機(jī)床通過更換主、輔刀夾頭及工裝可拉削不同的光孔和內(nèi)花鍵。
1.4本機(jī)床采用液壓傳動(dòng),工作平穩(wěn),能實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)速。
1.5本機(jī)床具有自動(dòng)循環(huán)、半自動(dòng)循環(huán)及調(diào)整三種工作方式,操作方便。

2、機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)說明
2. Structural description
本機(jī)床主要由床身、床臺(tái)、底座,主、輔溜板、主機(jī)械卡刀刀體、輔液壓卡刀體、專用工裝、液壓系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)、潤滑系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、排屑系統(tǒng)、拉刀、防護(hù)等組成。gxgkickz.com
This machine consists mainly of a body, a bed, a base, main and auxiliary sliding plates, a main mechanical cutting tool body, an auxiliary hydraulic cutting tool body, special-purpose industrial equipment, a hydraulic system, an electric system, a lubrication system, a cooling system, a chip discharge system, broaching tools and guards, etc.
2.1床身、床臺(tái)、底座均為A3鋼板焊接件。消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力的方法為焊接后退火,粗加工后進(jìn)行振動(dòng)時(shí)效處理,半精加工后再次振動(dòng)時(shí)效處理。導(dǎo)板及壓板材料采用45#鋼,采用表面中頻淬火處理,淬火硬度為HRC42-45,淬火深度為2-6 mm。
2.1 The body, the bed and the base are welded from A3 steel plates. The method of stress elimination is quenching after welding, vibration stress relief after rough machining and again after semi-finishing. The guide plate and the press plate are made from 45# steel, and are subject to medium-frequency surface quenching to a hardness of HRC42-45 and a depth of 2-6mm.
2.2主溜板采用整體鑄造的形式。主溜板采用長(zhǎng)條形燕尾的結(jié)構(gòu),輔溜板采用直線滾珠導(dǎo)軌的結(jié)構(gòu),輔溜板及提刀油缸裝在主溜板上從而可實(shí)現(xiàn)拉刀的全程護(hù)送。
2.2 The main sliding plate is cast integrally in a strip-shaped dovetail structure, and the auxiliary sliding plate in a linear ball guide rail structure and mounted on the main sliding plate together with the lifting cylinder for whole-course conveying of the broaching tools.
2.3主卡刀體采用機(jī)械彈簧滑套式的結(jié)構(gòu)、輔卡刀體采用液壓滑套式的結(jié)構(gòu)。主、輔卡刀體的具體規(guī)格待刀具確認(rèn)后再定。
