1、膠帶機(jī)不能啟動(dòng)，電源指示燈不亮
檢查急停開關(guān)是否被按下，如按下則把它用手順時(shí)針方向拔起來。如果電源指示燈還是不亮，則檢查總開關(guān)QF1是否打上去。如果電源指示燈同樣不亮，請用萬用表測量總開光是否有AC380V的電壓。以上檢查結(jié)果都正常的情況下，電源指示燈還不亮，則檢查保險(xiǎn)管FU1、FU2是否損壞。一切正常，如果用萬用表檢查保險(xiǎn)管FU1上有電，保險(xiǎn)管FU2上無電，則請用萬用表確定變壓器 BK是否損壞。
1. The rubber belt conveyor can not be started, and the power light is not on. Check whether or not the emergency stop button is pressed down. If it is pressed down, pull up the emergency stop button by hands in a clockwise direction. If the power light is still not on, check whether or not the main switch QF1 is turned on. If the power light is still not on, check whether or not the main switch is with AC380V voltage by the universal meter. Under the condition that all the previous examination results are normal, if the power light is still not on, check whether or not the protector tube FU1 and FU2 is damaged. Under the condition that all operations are normal, if the protector tube FU1 is electrified and the protector tube FU2 is not electrified by a universal meter, it is necessary to check whether or not the transformer BK is damaged.
2、膠帶機(jī)卸裝貨故障
（1）、操作者按卸貨和裝貨按鈕，膠帶機(jī)都不運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，則檢查熱繼電器FR1，即用手按幾下熱繼電器FR1上的復(fù)位按鈕，然后再啟動(dòng)膠帶機(jī)卸貨或裝貨�！�
